Adella is a strategic maritime game that can be played by 2-4 players, from 10 years old & up.
It takes approximately 30 minutes to play, depending of the number of players and their expertise.

The game works in rounds of sowing and sailing. Players take turns sowing until a wind is decided. They then take turns playing the vessels of their fleet. 
As the game progresses, the vessels begin to fill up with pegs that they can crimp or take from other vessels. The more pegs they have, the more options of attack they procure.
In order to win the game, a player must either sink or plunder all their opponent's vessels.

Each player has two types of vessels which can crimp, board, transfer, broadside, scuttle (if it should come to it) and even circumnavigate.

A hole decorates the center of the board. This is called the oubliette and it is meant for sinking vessels: it is a hole of no return.
TILTING WINDS

The oyster-shaped winds influence the route of the ships, they are constantly changing throughout the game.
These are decided in a process similar to Mancala where souls are distributed around the outer circle.
