HISTORY
Circumnavigation
Vessels can enter a harbour bow on and emerge on the other side, on the opposite harbour. This is called circumnavigation.
Vessels must enter bow on in order to circumnavigate but can reemerge port, starboard or ahead as long as the wind allows it.
A vessel cannot attack by from the opposite side of the board. However, it can circumnavigate and attack if the wind allows.
